and use of the bag-valve mask); airway obstruction (both conscious and unconscious);

situations; and other cardiopulmonary emergencies .
Who should attend: Healthcare
providers; physicians, nurses, patient aids, paramedics,
emergency medical technicians, respiratory therapists, physical
and occupational therapists, dental assistants, dental
hygienist, physician's assistants, and other allied health
personnel.
- The Skills test Check off is for those who
have taken the online renewal course and simply need to be
checked off on their skills.

Depending on the age range you need
certified on this course teaches CPR and relief of
airway obstruction in the adult, infant and child and the use of
the Automated External Defibrillator. .
Who should attend: All lay
responders, such as firefighters, police, airline personnel,
security guards, aerobic Instructors, personal trainers,
employees in the workplace, family members and those that would
have access to Automated External Defibrillator.

The modules teach lay rescuers how to
manage illness and injuries in the critical first few minutes
before professional help arrives. Covering medical emergencies, environmental emergencies,
including CPR
and foreign body airway obstruction.
